Zaelion

Privacy notice

Updated 3 October 2026. Zaelion is a personal task and memory service. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@zaelion.com.

Information we use

When you sign in with Google, our identity provider Auth0 receives your basic Google profile, including your name, email address, and Google account identifier. Zaelion stores an account identifier associated with that sign-in. We store the lists, tasks, notes, comments, and proposed updates you add, along with timestamps and an audit trail of changes. Our hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to identify your account, show and manage your own content, record changes, troubleshoot problems, and secure the service. Google sign-in does not give Zaelion access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Services involved

Auth0 handles sign-in in its UK tenant, and Oracle Cloud hosts Zaelion and its database. If you choose to connect ChatGPT or another MCP client, that client can request your Zaelion lists and tasks after you approve read-only access. Its own privacy terms govern how it handles the information it receives. Zaelion's MCP access does not allow clients to directly edit your primary data.

Retention and your choices

We keep account content while your account remains active. You can disconnect an MCP client in its settings or ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your Zaelion account data by emailing contact@zaelion.com. Limited audit or security records may be retained when needed to protect the service or meet legal obligations.

Changes

We will update this notice when the service or its data practices change. The updated date above shows the latest version.
